Keeping candy melted
Ths is probably something everone already knows, but while making some candy molds this week, I needed several different colors in each mold. After melting each color, I put the melted candy in a zip-top bag and put it on a baking sheet and in my oven with just the oven light on- this puts out enough heat to keep the candy melted while the molds are cooling in the fridge. I dry my gum paste flowers like this, and that is what gave me the idea. It worked great, and no reheating.
