I have a question about this.. .Whenever I have used my crock pot it sweats and gets condensation on the inside of the lid.... Water is a BIG NO NO with chocolate... Does this ever happen when you melt it that way?

I didn't have any condensation or at least I don't remember anything significant.

maybe it doesnt sweat because it isnt a water releasing type food. Like when you cook a meat or something.
If there is no vapor this sounds so much easier to do than most recipes!

I've heard that if you put paper towels for a hand towel under the lid that soaks up the moisture if any.
