Sounds delish! I've never had any luck with cakeballs. I always make them too moist and they taste yucky. I see you use very little liquid. I'll have to try that recipe! Thanks.

I sent cakeballs to work with my hubby,they were gone before the morning brief. He said some of the people are such pigs that they grabbed as many as they could hold. They are really good though!

Whoever suggested adding peppermint oils to the mix is a freakin' genius! Great idea. So yummy!
