Sales are better than no sales although I must say I was disappointed that I just ordered last week! Thanks for the fast shipment. How do I send you a private message to get the coupon? I may need more.

I really appreciate sales. I think it also gives incentive to maybe try buying something that you wouldn't ordinarily buy. Thanks for having them.

I'm a hard core sale shopper. With today's 15% off code, I spent over $150 after the discount--it works for me!

I'm new and I'd love to take advantage of this.

BUT... How would you feel if someone bought an item at reg price, then saw the sale, so bought another at sale price and then returned the regular priced one?

Just throwing it out there - it's bound to happen...

I think several things would make that unlikely:
(1) ITO doesn't accept returns of edible products, pans, books, videos, and special orders.
(2) You must get authorization for returns;
(3) There's a 15% restocking fee on unauthorized returns;
(4) Paying for shipping 3 times would negate whatever sale you were trying to take advantage of; and
(5) We're all too honest to do that!!

Yeah... I was JUST thinking that the shipping cost to return would make that thought obselete.
