One question I have is if you don't have anybody with the correct lottery number, does that mean that no one wins for that drawing, or do you keep picking different numbers until you find a winner?

It's just like your state lottery. Your numbers are valid for that drawing only.

in the real life lottery, if no one wins, then no one wins. everyone has to buy new tickets for the next draw. as of now only a few people have won and the lottery has been going on for months.
