Talking Edge Brownie Pan

This is one of our favorite finds so far this year! The Edge Brownie Pan - By Bakers Edge If you love the chewy goodness of brownies this is the pan for you. Every piece is an outside piece when it's baked in this pan. Hunted down and ordered by MtBaker the Brownie Fiend for all you brownie fans out there.

Your Baking Mistress

Hmmm different, but I don't like edges (don't throw any tomatoes please...LOL), I love an edgless brownie...when I make them I use a cookie cutter and cut them in circles, squares etc. To me the edges are too hard. I use the scrapes and coursely chop them and bake them in my cookies, cupcakes, or top ice cream with them.

Up until a couple of years ago, I was always a 'give me the middle piece of anything' kind of gal - brownies, bread, watermelon, you name it.

I've gotten to where I'm liking the chewy edges of a brownie better now, the middle seem to fall apart too easily.

I may have to check this pan out too - what an interesting design!
