I already got my copy and it's a pretty neat DVD. My only complaint is I would have liked it if she had shown how to disassemble the stacked cake in order to serve it or how to cut the servings while they are stacked. Otherwise it was pretty informative.

you cant cut a cake stacked. You just pick up the layers and then cut. It's usually done by someone at the venue not usually the cake maker prolly why she didn't show that.

and also there are different ways to cut a cake. i like indydebi's way, though. it makes more sense to me.
