i use to only have wilton pans. then i took the money i made from a wedding cake and used it to order 3" hight magicline pans...over $300 dollars worth! best $300 i've spent on my equipment (except my kick-tush mixer!). i have one fat daddio pan a friend gave me. it is great like my other pans!

I have slowly replaced my shaped pans with the fat daddios and love them! cook just as well as magic line straight corners and all for cheaper! And from intotheoven, with their awesome shipping? WELL THAT'S FANTASTIC!!!!!

I only have one lonely Fat Daddio's pan and I love it! I had hunted everywhere for a true 1/4 sheet pan size and this is the only place I finally found it at! The prices here for the fd's are no higher than I pay locally for Wilton even when you include shipping, and there's no comparing the quality.
When I go on my little shopping spree, pans are definitely at the top of my list. I can't wait to toss those wilton pans out the door!

Ok, we just turned on all the sizes for the shaped pans, oval, tear drop, hexagon, etc....
We also have uploaded all the Cheesecake Pans are now posted. This includes the round cheesecake, square cheesecake, and sheet cheesecake pans.
More coming...

How well do the 4" deep pans work? I can't help but imagine that they would take forever to bake and run into possible problems (i.e. outsides being done but insides being raw). Of course heating cores/flower nails would be needed. I'd be curious to see what the results are for other people.
