Glad to know you are working on it! I have been out of commission for a few days so I was having withdrawls anyway... then to not be able to get on line... it really was a shocker! Glad to see it up and running again! I hope!!!

We are back up, more details will follow. Still have a lot of clean-up work to do.

For the curious who can't wait for a longer detail write-up. Our prior ISP where we colocate our servers could not figure out the problem off why we were dropping network connections. It came down to a $20 switch but after three days, we flew out to the datacenter, pulled our servers and have now moved into premium data-center.

It is costing us more money, but the service we have received so far, has shown they are a million times more qualified to handle the traffic, redundancy, trouble shooting, and general support than our prior facilitator.

If there are a few things not working quite right, bear with us, we are working on it, and we can not begin to express our sincerest apologies for those of you whom may have been impacted with needed to place an order.
