We are always encouraging everyone who is on this site to buy buy buy from ITO... we always recommend them.... does anyone think that should count???? How many of our newer members have joined because they have read the post??? Guess we'd never know who signed up because of that though.... guess I will just be SOL here. I have no one to sign up. I have done this very thing since I started on here. Now I have no one to encourage to join.
I always post on other boards about the wonderful forums, help and people not to mention the store and it's wonderful qualities too. But I am happy as long as I get a good sale every now and again. I love this place and to have a place to go with out the drama and cake "queens" is my ideal place to be!

The suspense is killing me!

It's probably best to just wait and see what the mystery is all about before getting too upset. Perhaps there's a great sale coming that's only available to members of the forum???? I haven't read anything that leads me to believe whatever it is concerns being rewarded for getting people to sign up.

I always recommend good sites to people I know, not for the rewards I might get, but because when a company is reputable I think we ought to spread the word!

Jeri, I agree with Cakebaker, I don't think MT was saying whatever is coming is for those who get people to sign up. Just that it will probably be available only to members of the site so those who aren't by that time, are the ones who are SOL! LOL There's really no way to accurately track who signs up based on a referral. And they've had things before where it was open to members only.

OK MTBaker, our carrot has been nibbled away - we need a new one or you need to spill it!

I'll go back to patiently waiting.

What about people you see at the cake decorating section in Michael's, or Walmart. When I was in Walmart I was talking a lady who worked at the photo area and we got to talking about cakes. I wrote down cakes sites for her and I just happen to run into her at Walmart yesterday in the school section and I asked her if she had gone to the sites. She told me that she had gone to Cake Central and Yummyarts but had not been to Into the Oven but promised me she would.

I dont usually see anyone at our miachaels or hobby lobby as I usually go as soon as they open and no one is there..keeps my 2 little ones less stressed about being out and all.
But I have posted some info at our local church board for moms and also in the church newsletter when they did a piece on my and my cakes I had them print a list of sites, where to go for lessons and magazine names to help people find their info.

I didn't mean to sound upset or anything when I posted that... I was just playing the devils advocate and stirring the pot a little! I know I have no one to sign up so I was just being a little stinker! I only make it to Wal Mart maybe once a month and Michaels maybe once every 3 or 4 months. With the price of gas we just don't go as often as we used to. Sorry if I sounded like I was being pouty! I really was being onry. I am really good at that!
