Help! I'm trying to order some Magic Line pans today and the Shipping page during Checkout isn't cooperating. I'm getting an error message indicating some problem with the gateway to UPS (??) and it isn't displaying the shipping rates for UPS or USPS. I tried to enter my shipping selection in the order comments section and continue, but I can't get past this page without selecting the shipping option, and there's no buttons displayed that I can click on to select.

I know it's pretty late today to fix this (8:49pm Pacific) - any chance I can still use the 10% off tomorrow (the 26th?)?

That's the downside to providing real time UPS quotes and only charging the actual costs and not marking up the prices to the customer.

When UPS's quoting site goes down, we can't process orders.

Of course we will honor your 10%, I'll send you a PM for a coupon code to use tomorrow during your checkout that is worth 10%.
