Default Does anybody have a room-temp stable cheesecake filling?

I am looking for a cheesecake-flavored filling that is stable at room temp for several hours.

Anybody have a recipe?

Thanks,
Sherri

You can always use a cheesecake flavored oil as well.

The bettercream thing sounds good. How long do you think that filling would last while it's in the cake? If I were to do this, it would be in the cake a least a couple of days before serving.

You can also purchase cheesecake flavoring from National Flavors (National Flavors - Flavoring Materials for Baking, Candy, Ice Cream : Natural Extracts and Concentrates) and use it to flavor regular buttercream.

loranne's ,which the sell at into the oven, has a cheesecake flavor too and I have added it to butter cream, it's good but you wouldn't mistake it for cheesecake. Of course you mistake the other I mentioned earlier!
I just prefer it, as far as lasting in a cake, I have used it As filling and had it in fridge till the day before serving then set our 24 hours prior. But as for setting it out, I guess I'd set it out and then serve no later than 2 days away, covered being in room temp is what I am referring to.

I know this has been asked a million times, but I can't seem to find the answer, so...where do I find better cream at?
