Default Cookie Bouquets?

Do you make cookie bouquets?

I have seen pictures of some gorgeous cookie bouquets! Like fish in a fishbowl or a mommy-to-be with baby items. Very cute! This is a link to the book that has the fishbowl on the cover.

The Flour Pot Cookies- Decorative and Logo Cookies, Cookie Gifts & Cookie Favors

I dont do many of them...time consuming and nerve racking with my 2 and 3 year old running around.
But I do so love that book you linked to and I have several other cookie books too!
I'd do more of them if I had more time and also no one around here wants to pay for them where it would be worth my doing them....

I've done a number of cookie bouquets, and am planning to do a bunch of them for spring. (Assuming spring ever gets to Nebraska this year!) I have quite a few coffee mugs I bought at Michael's last year that have spring flowers on them, and thought I would make some tulip cookies to put in them. I'll have to stock up on some floral foam, but I should have all the other materials I'll need. Cookie bouquets are so easy to do, and they never fail to impress!

I love cookie bouquets. I haven't made too many lately, but I have the most fun creating them! I will agree that putting them together, and then delivering them, is the most nerve racking! But so worth the work when you see the recipients face! FUN FUN FUN!

Oh my goodness!! Seeing the cover of that book just gave me an idea for what I can make as a prize for one of the games at my sons elmo birthday next month. Thank you!!!! I'm so excited to do that now!

Can i ask what you use to stick the cookie into the foam? i found some cute lollipop sticks but i'm afraid they'll melt while baking.
