Default giant cookie? help!

I want to make a giant cookie, maybe 9 inches? how do i go about it? what temp should i use to bake it in and for how long? i'm going to make it for american idol's finale. which i am crazy about right now.

so any ideas? i'm probably gonna use a simple roll out cookie recipe? like the brownie cookie recipe I posted on here.

I agree just put it in the pan and bake. I have baked some this size before, but I do not remember the time. And, of course I did not write it down! Sorry!

I've always seen those big cookies at those cookie shops in the mall. It's pretty neat how they make them very big and put icing on them (YUMMY). It seems like they bake them in pizza pans.

They are about that big! I'd actually like to have one of the ones they use at our local cookie shop in the mall, it's so pretty and shiny and looks like a pro pan, almost like a magic line...next I am in there I will go ask!

Wilton actually has a lage round cookie pan. It is shallow and just right to make a round cookie. I just made chocolate chip cookie dough and baked in the pan as directed. I believe the directions come with it. It is very easy.
