What shape of cookie

I have an order to make a 3 cookie bouquet for a bus driver and a dozen cookie platter for a office staff of an elementary school. The woman is leaving it up to me to pick out what kind of shapes for them. Anyone have any ideas on what shape cookie I should do?? She wants it as a Thank You
