Default I finished those cookies!

Well i've finished my cookies for the nurses! I had to make 113 cookie bouquets, so I had to bake 452 cookies. I miscalculated my time and I had to spend the night from Sunday to Monday on them. So yesterday I was sleeping most of the day....
Making those cookies was like when I gave birth! I mean, while I was in the middle of the night, I was thinking NO MORE! I'll never make cookies again, no way... I was soooo tired! But On Monday evening while I was putting all them together I was thinking I loved it, I was proud of myself.... geez really weird!
Anyways, I'll make cookies again, I'll just need to plan more ahead than this time!
Note to self: decorated cookies need time!

Here are some pics of the 4 cookies, covered with fondant, simple, no big decorations.... I could have done more but hey time was up!
and another pic of the bouquet put together. I think it would've been prettier in a cup or glass, but they didn't want those...

Thanks guys
I used the Wilton Rolled out cookies recipe. I never tried the NFSC recipe. But since I always get real succes with the other recipe I never thought about trying a new one.
I baked some more, but with sugar sparkles only, no fondant, and sent them with the kids at school.

Those are cute! The fondant on the top had to help make things go a little quicker than if you frosted them by hand i'm guessing!!!!!

Great job! Hope you are ready for lots of cookie orders! You are sure to get some after all that! Wow that was a TON of cookies!

You did great! I'm sorry you overworked yourself! I have a bad habit of not doing things ahead mostly because I can never decide what I'm going to do until I have to do it.

If I had planned more ahead, I would've drawn smileys on the round ones, faces on the bears, and probably made a small heart and small star on the others, with my edible markers.
At least they looked nice, and now I've got my lesson learn! You learn something everyday!
