Default Cupcake Cuppies

So i just made my version of cupcake wrappers. They were so fun to make! It took me a while to get the design down, but i'm happy with my results!

I also started up an online craft store with my other craft items. When my husband was in iraq most of last year, i started making tons of crafts just to keep me occupied in the evenings after my kids were in bed. LONG STORY SHORT...now i have all these crafts and am trying to sell them..

Etsy :: yummycuppycrafts :: Yummy Cuppy Crafts

Anyways my point is....I just wanted to share with you how it is possible to make these cupcake wrappers at a much more affordable price then what we can find online....but i will add, that mine are nowhere near as glamorous as the previously mentioned!!!! But still, they were fun! I listed one set in my shop..maybe i'll make some more and see how they do!!

By the way...I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS CUPCAKE SECTION OF THE FORUM!!! YAY!!!!

I would be interested in buying the cupcake wrappers. Can you make them with fish cut outs? I have to provide the food for Vacation Bible school and our theme is Riding the Wave for Jesus. I would be interested in 6 dozen and each dozen a different color. Colors of the sea. I would need them by the end of June. Thanks.

Awww thanks all! I had fun making them...well, once i got the template just right! I used regular ol' scrapbook paper and used a paper punch from creative memories and special scissors for the top edge!

I don't have too many paper punches, but i am planning on heading to the store to see what else i may be able to find to make more.

Right now, the bubbles are all i have...but i'll keep you all posted!

Just perfectly beautiful!!! I love the design!! I don't have the patience to do those and I bet it took a bit of patience to make! What # tip did you use for the icing? It looks so "elegant" The whole thing just looks picture perfect!

Awesome!! I bought a couple of punches and scissors over the weekend at Michaels (they had some marked down to $1) for this purpose. Glad to see how nice they can turn out.

Did you glue the ends together?
