Default Big Batch Butterscotch Cookie

6 sticks butter or margarine, melted and cooled completely
6 eggs
6 cups of brown sugar, tightly packed
6 tsp vanilla
6 tsp baking powder
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
10 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Blend well all ingredients except the flour. Slowly add in the flour. Roll into walnut sized balls, place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Bake 10 -12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes about 100 cookies

Would be excellent for that or any fund raiser. We have our bazaar in October and I make pumpkin cookies and decorate them. Fudge is a big seller. I think I put my enchilada recipe on here and I make those and sale them for $20.00 a dozen. Those go fast. Hope your sale is a success.
