1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup

Bring to full boil; remove from heat. Then add:

1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Stir until smooth then pour.

5 cups Rice Chex
1 cup Spanish peanuts

Press into 9x13" well buttered pan.
