Biscotti Regina Giuggiolena (Queen Cookie with Sesame Seed
6 eggs 10 cups flour
2 cups sugar 2 TBSP baking powder
2 cups shortening 1 pound of sesame seeds
1 stick of blue bonnet 2 TBSP vanilla
Beat eggs with sugar, shortening and blue bonnet. Add vanilla, flour and baking powder. Shape cookies in small rolls and dip in milk, then dip the top of the cookies into a bowl of sesame seeds. Place on un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
