Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
In a heavy pan, cook both sugars, butter, salt, and evaporated milk over medium heat to 238 degrees (boiling a little over 2 minutes), stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and marshmallows. Stir until smooth and pour into an 8x8" pan. Recipe may be doubled for a 9x13" pan.
