Chocolate Icebox cake - No Bake
4 bars german sweet chocolate 3 tsp water
8 eggs (separated) 2 packages pulled apart lady fingers
5 tsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pint of whipping cream whipped
Melt 3 bars of chocolate and add sugar and water, then vanilla. Cool chocolate and add beaten egg yolks. Stir until smooth. Add stiffly beaten egg whites; fold in. Line spring form pan with lady fingers. Spoon chocolate mixture in and refrigerate. Before serving top with whipping cream and decorate with chocolate curls.
