Default Layered Cake

A lady at church brought this for potluck. Very tasty.

Mix coconut cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick of butter. Pat in to greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

16 oz's of cream cheese, peach jell-o, 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar and 2 eggs. Beat on low speed until creamed and then turn mixer to high speed and continue to beat for another minute. Pour over baked crust and return to oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

1 can coconut pudding and 8 oz of cool whip mixed. Spread this over the cooled cake.

You can use any flavor of cake and jell-o. Enjoy.

Never heard of it, but I love coconut and would love to know what it is and where to get it.

She told me that she bought it at a Fareway store here in Des Moines Iowa. Not sure if this is a chain that's only located in Iowa. I will ask. She told me that you can use any type cake mix and jell-o so, am sure you can use any kind of pudding.

Nope she wasn't in the tornado zone. I went to Fareway and bought a couple cans of the coconut pudding along with key lime pie filling. I will let you know how it works.
