Talking Cake Balls (First Time!)

Okay! I had some extra cake from the Cinnamon Vanilla Cake and have made cake balls with them. I mushed them with some extra test buttercream (a trial batch to make sure the recipe is what I wanted to make and to practice some piping) and now have them drying.
My question is... what do you think I should dip them in? White chocolate? Milk Chocolate? Dark Chocolate? Chocolate with some cinnamon? Any other suggestion?

What do ya think?!?!

hmmmm... I'm thinking the white chocolate would go great with the cinnamon vanilla flavor of the cake. Sounds Yummy!!

I love dark chocolate so I'd probably try that...the cinnamon in it sounds good.

with the cinnamon, I prefer dark chocolates, but it's up to you and what you like. Experiment and best of all have fun tasting them all!

I am thinking all of the above! When I make cake balls, I use different chocolates. Some people prefer one over the other, and that way I have a "sampling". My DD loves white chocolate and dark chocolate, but DH loves milk chocolate. DS loves them all!

Thanks everyone! I let them sit overnight and they are perfect now for dipping. I will have some extra dark and white left over from the strawberries today so I will do both! Yay!
