Default Apricot Nectar Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon or orange jello
4 eggs
3/4 C. apricot nectar
1 stick butter
1 T. lemon or orange extract

Mix ingredients; bake at 350" for 40 minutes.

Glaze: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup apricot nectar, pour over cake while warm.

I LOVE apricot! When I was growing up in OK, we had a huge apricot tree in the back yard that would really produce wonderful fruit. I really miss that tree! I'll definitely have to try this recipe out.... thanks for posting it!

This recipe will fill two 8" or 9' pans
