2 boxes ( 4oz. each)
3 cups
1 tub (12 oz)
flower pot (8 inch diameter)
Garden trowel
large gummy worms
Oreo cookies
Butter or margarine, softened
Cream cheese, softened
Confectioners' sugar
Vanilla
Chocolate or fudge flavor pudding
Milk
Whipped topping, thawed
Plastic flowers (optional)
Oven Temp ~ Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ 1 8 inch flower pot ( Washed well )
Using the lid from the whipped topping, cover the hole in bottom of flower pot.

Crush cookies until they resemble potting soil, set aside. Cream
butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Set
aside. Combine pudding mix and milk until well blended, then fold in
the whipped topping. Gently fold cream cheese and pudding mixtures
together.

To put the cake together, layer 1/3 of the cookie crumbs followed by 1/2
the pudding mixture, 1/3 of the crumbs, the rest of the pudding mixture
and topping with the remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 10 to 12
hours. About 1/2 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and
decorate with gummy worms and flowers.
Serve by digging out portions with the trowel.

I made one like this many years ago. Just don't do what I did and mix the worms into the cake batter. That made it a pain the tuchas to cut, not to mention to chew!
