Ok, so i don't have speakers... But in the beginning, it looks like she's greasing the pan. I thought RI and grease were mortal enemies?

I oculdn't find where she was greasing the pan, it was this video? Sorry, it's been a loooong day, I must've just missed it!

In the very beginning, she painted on what looked like shortening onto the back of the heart pan using a pastry brush. Maybe it was something else.
