Default Cream Cheese flavoring or Compound?

I have been looking for a cream sheese flavoring or compond so that I can "cream cheese" frosting that does not need refrigeration. Does anyone know where to find such stuff???

I did a search, but the only thing I found was "cheesecake" flavoring.

lorann flavorings has it. check with intotheoven..they may carry that one.

you can also use cheesecake flavored pudding in your icings to give it a kick there too.
jello brand sells it.

also Philadelphia cream cheese has 2 different cheesecake fillings, one regular and one chocolate in your grocers cold section usually around the cream cheese displays.

Nope - checked ITO FIRST - they have cheeseCAKE, but not cream cheese......I DID find it afted I posted at National Flavors - but would like to buy a small bottle FIRST........

Bickford has cream cheese flavor (oil based). Be careful--every time I go to that website I wind up with a big $ order--soooo much to experiment with !

Yup...I'd end up with a huge order too!! That cheesecake collection pack sounds divine!! What all do you use it in besides icing?

Thanks for the post! There is everything there. Could get expensive if you didn't watch what you are doing! If you want quality sometimes you have to pay for it though.
