I just saw the YouTube video from Sugar Shack and was wondering if someone could describe what wedding bouquet flavoring tastes like? I am making my son's birthday cake next week and wanted to try her recipe, but I have never heard of that flavoring. Does it tastes "lemony" or is the citrus just an undertone? Is it something kids would like(not that many kids will turn down icing anyway)? Sorry for all the questions. I have been looking for a better buttercream icing for a month now and just stumbled across her video when I was checking out a video for rolled buttercream. Thanks!
That's funny that y'all think it tastes almondy because I think it tastes lemony. I don't much care for it, I am sad to say. It's something I looked forward to trying for a long time! I didn't find it to be much different from CK's Creme Bouquet.

I bought a bottle of CK's Creme Bouquet - used it once and promptly threw it away. OMG was it nasty. Just my experience. I'm sure there are people out there that love it.
