This is my first blog, though I've visited Into The Oven hundreds of times, and ordered several times. I am slowly building up a business. I will soon be working in a commercial kitchen and proceeding to obtain my business license. I'm also in the middle of building up my website, for which I will post a link to in the next few months.

I'd love to hear more from people who might be doing similar things!
