Introduction
If you like peanut butter you'll love this frosting, great on chocolate cakes but for a real peanut butter experience try it on a peanut butter cake. If you don't have cream, you may substitute milk.

Introduction
This lemon curd is beautiful. Tart and creamy, it is the perfect companion to any yellow or white cake. It is also delicious spread on toast or on a shortbread cookie.

Fluffernutter Frosting

1/2 cup butter, softened-recipe written for real butter not margarine
1/3 cup high ratio shortening
3/4 cup peanut butter-omit to make this a choco-chip recipe
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs-large
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
2 1/4 cups all -purpose flour
1 12-0z. package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

butter cream dream recipe

This recipe was made from trial and error. I made two mixtures of buttercream. One with salted butter which was too buttery (salty) and one with unsalted butter which was still too sweet. So I combined the two and it became the best buttercream I've ever tasted. I use this recipe for all of my cake orders and it is a hit every time!!!
