Thanks guys. I am going to try 2sdae's recipe but I have a question. Since the pan has small discs in the bottom and comes with a dowel for pushing the cheesecake up and out do I have to use a paper liner or can I use a graham cracker crumb mixture pressed into the bottom instead of a wafer?
