Thanks for your kind words about our pans. I do appreciate your support!
Our pans are at least 50% heavier than Wilton and are all anodized for health and safety benefits. Since you have never tried Fat Daddios, I am going to do my best to "convert" you. Email me your address and I will send you a free pan to try, no strings attached. I only ask for your feedback after trying it.
In addition, we are heading to ICES next week and will be featuring some new items. We have a whole series of new muffin/cupcake pans in standard sizes and even shaped muffin pans as well as dozens of other new pans and tools. I know Mt Baker will be there and I look forward to meeting anyone else from this board that will be attending. Please stop by and introduce yourself!
