TONS better! TONS!!! Take the plunge and buy them. I'm slowly (but surely!) replacing all my junky wilton pans with Fat Daddios.
They have a thicker side which is insulated better. I never have to use baking strips with my FD pans. I do still level every cake, but mainly because that's how I was taught and I'm afraid to not do it.
C'mon....just buy one. You know you want to. All the cool kids are doing it!!
