Orange Delight Cake Almost Sugar Free
ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE ALMOST SUGAR FREE
1 box orange cake mix/ sugar free cake mix in yellow or white and add orage essences or orange oil.
1 can peaches (no sugar)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 (8 oz.) Dixie Whip
Drain peaches. Heat juice adding enough corn starch to thicken. Mix cake, eggs, sour cream, peaches and juice with fork. Beat 1 minute. Pour into jelly roll pan or 9 x 13 inch. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.Whip together cream cheese, pudding, and pineapple. Fold in Dixie Whip. Spread on cool cake and refrigerate. Very few calories.
