It is not hard at all to make the hard candy. I make it all the time. You use certain molds for the hard candy. I made the mistake when I first started making it years ago and put it in a mold that is only for chocolate
.I ruined it lol... If you dont have any molds and want to try it go by the lorannoils site recipe and use their direction. Intotheoven sells the flavoring you can use for it. (word of caution when using Cinnamon or peppermint the steam that rises from these are very strong scent) lol I had the house filled with the scent of peppermint and everyone was complaining where it was so strong
