Stacking fondant cakes
I am making 3 tier fondant cake for my friend's wedding in few week. I am very nervous because this is my first wedding cake. I am planning to deliver it assambled.
How to make the cakes stick to each other since there's no buttercream that make them stick. I am planning to use regular cardboard paper and the center dowel, but I think the plastic plate is stronger since it has legs (cannot use center dowel if I use the plastic plate). Please help.
